Needavan.UK offers courier and logistics services including same day delivery, multi-drop, ADR transport, temperature-controlled shipping, Two-person delivery, and more.

We make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the services as described. For the majority of our services we aim to collect within 60 minutes. Although a very high percentage of collections are well within this time frame, the nature of freight transport by roads sometimes means delays and hold-ups are out of our control and as such, we cannot make this a guarantee. Specialised service provision for example, may also require additional planning and preparation and arrangement of specialised transport types and specifically skilled drivers/handlers. As such, pre-planned deliveries are sometimes essential with a future collection date and time, or 'time slot' to be arranged. This ensures a smoother, more reliable service. If a booking is confirmed and either subsequently cancelled or altered by you, we reserve the right to charge in full as per the original booking. Unpaid invoices will attract daily interest charges at a pro rated 6% per annum after the 14th day overdue. By using our serviCes you agree to be bound by these terms.
